I reached out to Pawfit's customer support regarding an issue I had with my tracker. They got back to me super quick, explained the situation, and after I followed their suggestions, they sent me a replacement tracker that arrived in just a few days. It was a fantastic and hassle-free experience. I’d definitely recommend this company!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the item. That said, I've run into a snag three times when it gets chilly (between -3 and -11 degrees). The battery just stops working without any warning that it's below 15%. Once it hits that point, it goes offline and becomes pretty much useless.

Buying the tracker and subscription was pretty straightforward. The helpdesk was top-notch and super quick to assist. However, figuring out how to get a subscription after purchasing the tracker wasn’t clear at all. Calling it a 'gift' didn’t really help matters.

Sometimes it doesn’t refresh the location, maybe 'cause of weak signal. It did the job when Magno heard a noise far off and took off; Pawfit helped me keep tabs on him.

This is a fantastic tracking device. I use it daily. It's truly been a lifesaver on numerous occasions with my hunting dog, who has a knack for disappearing.

I got a couple of Pawfits for my two terriers since we were heading abroad during the Christmas season and I was a bit anxious about losing them in a new place. Thankfully, that didn’t happen! We've had them for a couple of months now and we really dig them. They monitor their steps and do all the stuff an activity tracker does, plus they come with GPS, which is a sweet bonus. The alerts are pretty handy, letting me know when they head out and come back home with the dog walker. I also enjoy checking out where they’re having fun on their walks while I’m stuck at work. Totally recommend these!

Before I decided to get the Pawfit 2, I reached out to their Customer Service, and they were super quick to respond, which made me go ahead and purchase the tracker. I’ve got a 10-month-old Working Cocker who’s full of energy—she loves chasing after birds and can get a bit wild, running off in a flash. The tracker works great for keeping tabs on her, but what I really dig is the 'voice' button. You can record different messages; I’ve got a short whistle and her name saved on it. When I hit the command on my phone, it plays through the tracker in just a few seconds, no matter how far she’s wandered. That sound seems to catch her attention and helps snap her out of that 'Red Mist' mode, bringing her back to me. So far, it’s been working like a charm!

The item showed up fast and is really well-made. Getting the holder onto the Hilti collar I’m using is a bit tricky, but honestly, that’s a plus – it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. I appreciate the battery alerts on the app.

The app itself is decent. Fairly straightforward to set up. I wish there was a simpler way to log a walk, since I often forget to sign in and record it. So when I get a notification that my dog has wandered out of the safe zone, I realize it’s because we’re out walking. Not sure what the fix is, maybe an option in the notification to log a walk? Or reminders if walks happen around the same time every day – like a routine tracker or something.

I’d love to know how long I’ve been out, but without logging the walk, I’m not sure how to track that. I bet there’s a ton of features in the app that I’m just not tapping into (there are so many apps these days). Does it connect with Strava or Google Fit, by any chance?

I'm really thrilled with the Pawfit I got for my rescue dog from Spain, who struggles with recall. The features, maps, and all that jazz are fantastic, and I can't find any major issues, except for the battery life, which seems to only hold up for a couple of days. We could be just starting a long trek when suddenly we get a notification that the battery's down to its last 15%, which is a bit nerve-wracking, making me worry it won't last through the walk. To tackle this, I've been charging it every other night, which works as long as I remember to keep up with it.

To start off, working with the company was a bit of a challenge for me, but that was totally on me. They got back to my email super quick. Ever since I got it, my peace of mind has been saved countless times just by knowing where he is. He's a whippet, full of confidence, and Pawfit has been a lifesaver in tracking him down.

This thing has been completely untrustworthy since I got it. If I'm not constantly checking the app and requesting GPS updates, I just can't rely on it. The alerts for out-of-area situations come late, if they even show up at all. I own two units, but only one of them notifies me about temperature warnings. It sure doesn't provide any peace of mind.

I genuinely enjoy using Pawfit, and it serves its purpose well. The only minor concern I have is that my dog has several harnesses and collars, each with different sizes, but the Pawfit collar strap comes in just one size and isn't adjustable.

The Pawfit tracker performs excellently and offers a wealth of helpful info. I haven't had to rely on it in a pinch (like if my dog goes missing), but I trust it’ll do the job. The software is cleverly designed. The tracker is sturdy as well. In my single interaction with customer service, they were prompt, attentive, and comprehensive. It really boosts your confidence.

This item surely eases your worries and the health data is quite useful. However, the battery performance drops in chilly conditions, and the charging dock did fail - but the company replaced it fast.

This tracker is fantastic! Before I made the purchase, I did some digging and checked out reviews. My daughter spotted one on a dog and asked the owner for their thoughts. One of my Romanian rescue pups tends to bolt and gets spooked by loud noises; she had gone missing for 8 hours before. After I set up the tracker and added the voice command, finding her became a breeze. It really helps us feel secure knowing she’ll come out of hiding when the voice is used. Our dog walker and my daughter can also access the app, giving us peace of mind that if she gets scared, we can locate her much quicker.
